I took my car to get an oil change and to get a diagnostic on the brakes for a grinding sound; I dropped my car off at 8am. I received a call from them at 12:49pm stating that I needed new brakes and rotor resurfacing for the front and rear, and was also given a total. I was unable to do it the same day and said I’d bring it back in 2 days. The receptionist told me that I’d pay $130 to pick it up today and that would go towards the $840 to complete the brakes/rotors, and that I could get the oil changed in two days as well. ... read more

This place is absolutely a den of thieves. Took a job putting in turbos on 2013 Explorer. Took them 3 months to do the job. When I picked up the car we got 340 miles out of the job before it was blew out the turbos. After multiple times calling and trying to get them to look at it we had to go other Mechanic to find out that the parts were incorrectly installed causes the turbos to blow. Stay away from this place.

I do not recommend this place. They charge exorbitant rates—and the price seems to depend on who you are. If you are a student, they treat you like royalty just to project a good image; however, the rest of us—specifically those of us who are Hispanic—receive absolutely terrible service. The receptionist—I believe her name is Joselyn—has a surly attitude; she even made faces at me when I complained that the work on my car hadn't been completed.
