Office is dirty and staff is dressed inappropriately with one woman barely covered by her shirt. Not a professional look to them. Dr. Riedy is a delight but I never got my lab results without calling for them myself. You just get lost in the shuffle. Switching to another provider because of this.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they seemed very qualified Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average

They are always very careful and meticulous Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
