I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Aquiana Springs. I am particularly fond of the glass, 5-gallon bottles. I would much prefer chemicals from plastics not be present in my drinking water, and Aquiana Springs made that a reality.

So I called because I am tired of Kentwood raising prices every year on water - turns out this company charges the same, $8.99 per 5 gallon water.. I told her that and she hung up on me. Horrible service.

I had water delivery service for about 5 months. Almost every time, one of the bottles was leaking. I thought that the biggest problem with that was that it was inconvenient and I had to keep towels under the bottles so they wouldn't ruin my floors. I had the leaky bottles replaced because I was getting less water than I should. Turns out, if there is even a tiny leak in the bottle, the pressurized mechanism of the water cooler does not work and it overflows.
