This place wasn't clean at all.. there was blood on the blankets, floor is dirty and sticky, and to top it off there were a few roaches.. glasses were dusty both inside and outside the cabinet and no coffee maker there was a glass pot but not the part to.brew coffee.. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all..we stayed in 402-E
My family recently made a last minute decision to stay in PCB for a few nights. We have stayed at a few different condos along the beach but this time we stayed at AquaVista 205E and my wife and I agree that it has been our favorite spot so far. We will definitely be booking again. The parking is easy, the condo itself had everything we needed and was just right for our family of 4 although you would easily have enough space for a few more. Old building with no directions to get to the elevator. Each condo owner has upgraded their unit or not. The one I went to was so beautiful.
This is an older complex but I enjoyed it. The pool is on the smaller size but I stayed more on the beach. Security guard was always present and helpful. Clean.
