One of the best run Condo Complexes in PCB, everything seems to be taken very good care of, the Management is one of the best, they have new Fiber fed WiFi and a beautiful Clubhouse and Swimming Pool, not too big of a complex, yet big enough to have nice amenities.
My kids (grown) stayed in 706-E while me and the wife stayed in 503-E. Both were very clean, easy access to the beach, close to pier park, very roomy and had kitchen utensils and pots for cooking. Felt cozy and like being at home except with a awesome view of the ocean. Plenty of parking, gated community with security, felt very peaceful about my truck parked in the garage. Stayed last year.. Had an issue. They resolved it immediately, also adding to make our stay better. Just trying to book again and they are booked for the week needed... I'm so 😢.. because I wanna stay there . As well as my family.. If u R looking for great service clean rooms excellent customer service and this is where you should stay
We visited in late September, and we had a great experience. The condo was in pristine condition, right on the beach, had a great pool, and was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!
