We have used Aquatron for a few years. You need to watch for them attempting to charge you for training a new service person as a charge on your bill of "Helper". I have never had a helper and I wouldn't pay for them to train a Helper.

Very positive experiences with Aquatron. First, the estimating and installation experiences were scheduled and completed exactly when they said, and for exactly the price quoted. (Bottom line - no hidden fees or markups) Second, we had a line break (not their fault) and Aquatron came out and fixed it. There was an extreme sense of urgent timing to repair the line, and Aquatron was able to work with our need. I recommend Aquatron for the sale and their service department is responsive after the sale.
