The chair rentals have been getting worse & worse for consecutive years, now teenagers that don’t care are running things like a joke, the very few workers I’ve came across for years at this company’s condominiums do NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE. Really ashamed for as a company in general

If you like being in a bad mood and dealing with rude lazy punk teenagers and a company that takes your money, fails to deliver, and denies even a rebate when you are denied your umbrella...then here you go! 10/10/25 The morning was windy, no umbrella...understandable. By the afternoon nice and calm, denied umbrella. 10/11/25 We go to our chairs,umbrellas are in place. I open mine up and was told to shut it down. Unfriendly. Took our chairs while we were gone to eat. Came back at 245 and they were gone. Told us we left them unoccupied!!! We paid for the whole day! Will never use them again.

Apparently if it rains in the morning and clear in the afternoon they won't bother to come to work. We prepaid online and no refunds rain, shine, or if nobody comes to work. SCAM
