I’m in a wheelchair & the resort, Club Wyndham doesn’t have beach wheelchairs & I didn’t want to pay to rent one to just go from the pier to where we were sitting on the beach. Jeremy was so nice & helpful every day with us & let me get on his 4 wheeler & he would take me to our spot! Professional, prompt, friendly! Can’t thank him & the company enough for helping us out every day!!
One of the rudest kids working the chair stand. Very condescending to me and my wife. Stay away from this company.
The staff ASSAULTED my little brother, then laughed about it. Unprofessional, unapologetic for verbal and physical abuse, and an overall DANGEROUS, unqualified group of young kids. Don’t rent here, for your own safety.
