Unfriendly. Took our chairs while we were gone to eat. Came back at 245 and they were gone. Told us we left them unoccupied!!! We paid for the whole day! Will never use them again.
Apparently if it rains in the morning and clear in the afternoon they won't bother to come to work. We prepaid online and no refunds rain, shine, or if nobody comes to work. SCAM
They have the space you need. They are very friendly and helpful.
Me and my boyfriend rented 2 chairs with an umbrella from this company around 2 pm we were charged 50$ and told that we would have the chairs and umbrella until 5pm, me and my boyfriend agreed it is a little much but it was our last day and we wanted to enjoy all of it so the beach so why not. At 4:25 my boyfriend went into the water alone and 2 men on a four wheeler pulled up, stared at me, and told me I needed to get up they needed the chairs. I’m in a wheelchair & the resort, Club Wyndham doesn’t have beach wheelchairs & I didn’t want to pay to rent one to just go from the pier to where we were sitting on the beach. Jeremy was so nice & helpful every day with us & let me get on his 4 wheeler & he would take me to our spot! Professional, prompt, friendly! Can’t thank him & the company enough for helping us out every day!!
