Our fountain They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. When the new pump was also bad they replaced it quickly and used the warranty. We did still have to pay for a service call.
not happy with aquatec i was refered to them by a friend that used them.. i called 3 times with the promise that someonw would contact me in a day or 2.....no call...i called back. waited another few days, no call, i called again ( most people would have gone elsewhere by now ) waited a week....i called again, the receptionist sounded like i was bothering her, she assured me John would call me back by tomorrow....it has been 3 days no call.
