Honest and fair. Alan came out to service our older hot tub and he fixed the leak issue immediately, resolved out concerns by checking over the entire unit. He was really thorough in his work and knows a LOT of stuff about tubs. We wanted to replace the old jets and despite it having been around a long time was able to locate and get us exactly what we needed. We won't call anyone else. Cheers.

We had a leak in the gasket and service man came and got everything up and running. He provided information to maintain our hot tub. He's definitely getting saved in my telephone contacts for the future. Thank you!
Guy came out to look at my needed repair, said boss would get back to me. I have left 5 phone calls to an answering machine requesting someone get back to me over a 2 week period. Absolutely no luck. 3 years ago I asked them to close the tub for winterizing and I had to call them 5 times again to remind them of the pending appointment which they never gave me a firm date to come. Really? figure it out for yourself!
We had a sensor fail on our hot tub just outside the warranty period. My first communication with Al was late on a Thursday afternoon. He gave me directions what to check to confirm we needed service, asked for all the key info from the hot tub and reached out to the manufacturer. We traded emails into the evening and Mike the technician was at our place by 9am Friday morning to fix our problem free of charge. I don't think you could ask for better service than that. Thanks a lot Al & Mike.
