Very bad experience with the way their crew respond to customers. While I was talking with their manager over the phone, they drove away and did not wait for their manager instruction. Disappointing.
I made an appointment with them over the phone a week ahead of time and after waiting an hour I called and they seemed to have no idea they were suppose to drop by. I'm sure they have an excuse- everyone has excuses, quality companies don't have excuses.
We highly recommend Aquasense! Julio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. We were first referred to Aquasense in 2019; our sprinkler system was not responding to its programming. Julio's technician responded within a couple hours, identified the problem and quickly resolved the issue. After the ice storm, we noticed a broken sprinkler head & once again, called Aquasense for help.
