Scott did a great job fixing a leaky pipe, broken sprinkler head, and adjusting the system. He also gave some general maintenance advice so I should be able to handle things better on my own. The half star I removed from customer service is due to getting pushed back 2 days from the originally planned time. Apparently someone called and said I was going to be out of town so he took another job on my originally planned day. He spent time tracking down what happened, explained the situation, and even showed up earlier than he ... read more
