Joshua replied to my web inquiry on Sunday, and was very accomodating of my schedule. We agreed on a day/time for the service (replace 1 known broken sprinkler head and inspect and adjust others as necessary). He arrived on time, was very professional, replaced the one head and an additional sprinkler head he found was not working properly. He adjusted the heads to that they irrigate the intended area of the lawn. He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone prior to coming out.
