Our technician, Ryan, was very conscientious and thorough during the entire service call. He kept me informed throughout the visit, making sure I understood what he was doing. He also let us know about parts that would need to be replaced in the future so that we could be prepared. I really appreciate the value of his work today. The company called early in the day to let us know the approximate time of our technicians arrival. And Ryan called us 20 minutes before he arrived. Very satisfied.

While the servicing Tech for the Baxter MN office was courteous, we discovered during his visit when he reveled an unusual part failure that after joining their membership program and years of doing routine bi-annual maintenance this company was not able to do the warranty service on our make of furnace and A/C. Costing us a repair bill. Truely unfortunate since we had three prior employees (one by phone and two in person) tell us they could. Nick serviced our HVAC system today and even though our house is only 3 years old, Nick showed that our furnace was never adjusted correctly when installed. He readjusted and tested everything and explained to me thoroughly what he was doing and educated me along the way. I would never use any company other than Aquarius for my home service needs. ??
