They will not stand behind their product. Bought a $19 fish. It died. They said my water was bad and would not give me my money back. I tested it and it wasn't as bad as they said. They lost me as a customer. I will not go back. They also have bad customer service.
I love this place! Such a wide variety of fish and invertebrates. I get excited every time I go! Plus the price of their supplies is cheaper than Petsmart, and they even carry a wider range of aquarium care products than Petsmart too. The staff is really nice and they legit know their stuff!
Love the place, Im gonna need my own parking spot soon as often as I go there. Im starting my very first saltwater tank and couldnt be more excited and nervous! Brianna has been so very helpful and patient walking me thru it all, just luv her. You guys need to give her a raise!!!
