We shop here quite often and spend a lot of money....did not realize they had a limited guarantee policy...Just lost 4 fish worth over 30.00..and they won't credit us at all...we will be looking for a new shop..so sad..and disappointed.

I have been shopping here for years and they are by far the best Aquarium store around. I wanted to highlight an experience I had recently. I have a BiOrb tank I bought about 2 years ago and its a great tank, but it had one flaw where water was getting in the light contained within a lid/cover and eventually water kept getting in the light and killed the light.
