We primarily used these pumps, over 100 just this year and had a packaging error for a record pump that left our job dead in the water and even though we were only 30 minutes away they wouldn’t send someone with the missing part. This left us dead in the water on a job paying 4 people for over a hour. We wanted to support a local company but obviously they don’t care about the local plumbers.

I want to express my appreciation for the services technician Carl, of AquaMotion provided. This company has old data showing on their resellers websites. Brochure PD-AM130 clearly shows AMK-FK as a replacement for the Watts sensor valve or Grundfos 595926 valve. The AMK-FK doesn't work and has been changed, but the websites are not update. Anyone buying the AMK-FK (as I did) is stuck with a product that does not work for the Watts/Grundfos replacement. The company has done nothing to notify the resellers of the correct part, and will not supply a replacement for their bad part.

AquaMotion has the most responsive customer service and great products. I have the under sink AMH3K-7 Hot Water Recirculation System that was easy to install and I no longer have to run the water for 5 minutes to get hot water! I have my timer set to the times I need hot water quickly and it works perfectly! Thank you AquaMotion!
