About a year ago, we opened a brand-new AquaMotion dedicated return circulator and found that it was missing components right out of the box. Instead of standing behind their product and making things right, AquaMotion made us jump through unnecessary hoops just to receive the missing parts. Paid $800 for a AMR-S3FVAL recirculator pump to heat our shower water in 2022. In 2026, it stopped working. Customer service diagnosed it as needing a replacement. We're shopping for other brands.

After our hot water heater burst and flooded downstairs rooms, it had to be moved outside. The extra distance made getting hot water take forever. The AquaMotion under-sink hot water recirculation pump I bought got hot water much faster and avoided running cold water down the drain. For some reason the pump cartridge stopped working and the company honored their 3 year warranty and sent a replacement. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase!

Pumps absolutely are the worst most unreliable sorry pumps on the market, way over priced as well, customer service is also horrible. We have literally replaced every single pump we have installed over the course of 3 years.

We primarily used these pumps, over 100 just this year and had a packaging error for a record pump that left our job dead in the water and even though we were only 30 minutes away they wouldn’t send someone with the missing part. This left us dead in the water on a job paying 4 people for over a hour. We wanted to support a local company but obviously they don’t care about the local plumbers.
