Contacted them for a quote; a week later I got a call and the rep hadn't even looked at the bid yet and was reading it as we were on the phone. Not a great start but not the worst part. The rep was actually argumentative and was trying to push me to inferior options when I knew what I wanted (and was willing to pay more). Seems like they do it one way only and if you don't want the "cheap, slap it together, cookie cutter approach" then they are rude to you. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. When I called to schedule a warranty repair for my sprinkler system, which has a broken pipe underground, I found their hours of operation to be inconvenient. As they only work from 8am-1pm, I will be seeking the services of another company to complete the warranty work.

It has been a year since Joe and his team completely put in a new yard and Rain Bird sprinkler system. I LOVE IT!! I have had so many neighbors and friend tell me how beautiful my yard looks. The Palisades Zoysia was the perfect choice. The Rain Bird system with which connects to the WI-FI is awesome. I have been able to easily control the watering. Thanks Aquamax team.

We have been so happy with the service we have received from Aquamax. Tony has been servicing our irrigation system each spring for the last few years and he is an honest, thorough, and hard worker. I like that it is the same technician who keeps coming out and remembers our system. They are always on time (often early) and call before they come. It has made maintaining our yard a breeze when we know that it is being watered properly. Thank you Aquamax and Tony!

Aquamax arrived early and I told Chris what my concerns were and after checking he was able to find the problems very quickly. He knows very well what he is doing and fixed the problems within an hour. I was very impressed with Chris's work attitude and attention to detail. Only 1 concern I have is when I called to make the appt. the lady informed me I was to get a $15 discount. My bill does not reflex a discount or maybe it was deducted before the stated price was listed. It should have stated one way or the other. Great... read more
