My pool pump was replaced, but the installation looked sloppy and unorganized. There were loose wires and parts not properly secured. I had to call another company to correct the work. Overall, a disappointing and costly mistake choosing Aquaman Pool & Spa Service-Contractor.
I scheduled a repair for my spa heater, and it took multiple visits to “fix” the issue. Each time, a different technician came and seemed unaware of the previous work done. The problem still isn’t fully resolved. Extremely disappointing experience.
Lack of Expertise The technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He guessed his way through the repair and left my spa in worse shape.
