Lack of Expertise The technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He guessed his way through the repair and left my spa in worse shape.
Lazy Work They spend maybe 10 minutes on what should be a full cleaning. Leaves, dirt, and bugs were still in the pool. Not worth the Poor Customer Service I tried to discuss my concerns, and the receptionist was rude and dismissive. They clearly don’t value their customers.
Damaged My Equipment After their technician repaired my filter, it started leaking badly. I ended up paying another contractor to fix what they broke.
Damaged my property. They cracked a section of my deck while installing the spa and refused to take responsibility.
Overpriced for what you get. They charge premium prices but deliver subpar service. Definitely not worth the cost.
