We recently purchased a 2020 Harris Solstice 250. Logan delivered the Tritoon to us down at Tennessee National. He gave us a detailed introduction to the boat, its mechanics, technology , safety features, etc before taking us for a ride. There he continued to educate us on the boat and its operation. He took time to practice docking with us before leaving. We really appreciate all the time he spent with us. He was very thorough, informative, and friendly. Thank you Logan. We are loving the boat
Joe and Drew and LB at AquaKnox are great! Purchased a used pontoon from them and when I had problems a few weeks later, they acted quickly to diagnose and fix the problem, at no charge. Went so far as to pick the boat up and trailer it to their preferred shop, fix it and stick it back in the slip. Great service, very friendly and professional. Thanks guys!!
I had my tritoon delivered today by Logan. The delivery was right on time. As a first-time tritoon owner, Logan gave me an extensive introduction to the boat and took me out on the water to make sure I was completely comfortable before I went off by myself. Logan's brief was excellent and I really appreciated that his focus was on me becoming comfortable with the new boat. Thanks to Aquaknox overall for a great boat, and Logan in particular.
Trent and Bryan were incredible for the sales process. I worked with Trent for around four months and every interaction was professional, courteous, and he worked really hard to get us our dreamboat. Captain Logan was amazing when we did the walk-through. Heat took his time showed us all the features. He answered all of our questions and even got everything ready in our slip. The whole team are rock stars, I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a boat or servicing a boat.
Trent was great to work with. He was upfront about everything and real easy to talk to. Logan was very informative and went through every step to our new boat. Thanks guys for being professional.
