Short review: He's great. Highly recommend. Long review: I am a new homeowner and noticed a crack with a leak in my basement of my Newmarket home (Sundial Homes) after heavy rainfall. I called a couple of companies. I heard from one that told me I needed to excavate and it would be extremely expensive. Later that day Luc returned my call and I told him about my experience. I had a disappointing experience with Aqua Guard. After initially hiring them to install interior weeping tiles that failed, I opted to use their services again to waterproof the same exterior corner. Unfortunately, water seeped into the house, less than a week later, after spending nearly $20,000. Upon consultation with two leading waterproofing companies, both confirmed that the issue arose because the weeping tiles were not properly connected to the sump pump, which would have redirected the water away from the house.
