Matt arrived on time (Sharon ON) and thoroughly explained the repair process for a leaking foundation crack. Very happy with the results. The job was done in about two hours and the 25 year warranty gives me piece of mind!
I had an excellent experience with Luc at Aquaguard today. He and his team mate completed a series of cuts to the wall in the basement to discover the source of water leakage. As it turns out the issue related the a plumbing stack and not a leak in the wall. The amazing part of all was the fact that there was no service charge for the time spent at our home which is a rarity. While no work was completed I would highly recommend the company from a customer experience standpoint.
Aquaguard recently repaired our Richmond Hill home foundation cracks which had leaked in March. We are very happy with the service and the price of the injection repair. Much cheaper than a quote by another company for an exterior digging repair. 25 year warranty gives peace of mind. Luc and Matt were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
Amazing experience with Luca and Matt at Aquaguard. Called Luca at night to mention about a few rod holes needing some injection and Matt arrived next morning to help solve my issue! They service multiple cities and helped me at Richmond Hill. 🙏🙏🙏
Both Luc and Matthew were wonderful, and promptly came to my home in Newmarket to assess the situation and address a situation in my garage. They took time to thoroughly explain what was going on, what my options were and what they were planning on doing. I would absolutely hire them again, and fully trust their expertise in the area.
