I had a disappointing experience with Aqua Guard. After initially hiring them to install interior weeping tiles that failed, I opted to use their services again to waterproof the same exterior corner. Unfortunately, water seeped into the house, less than a week later, after spending nearly $20,000. Upon consultation with two leading waterproofing companies, both confirmed that the issue arose because the weeping tiles were not properly connected to the sump pump, which would have redirected the water away from the house.
