In fairness, they came once and did good work. BUT, they promise callbacks and never make them (at least 4 times), and schedule appointments that they don't keep, with ZERO notice. Unless you call them back, they don't even seem to notice that they were supposed to be at your house two hours earlier. They then seem to assume that you should be available for them to reschedule at a moment's notice when it's convenient for THEM, as if you didn't also have a work schedule to accommodate.
