RecommendedThey do an awesome job!!! In and out under 30 minutes with truck wash and clean the side.
Hands down some of the best customer service I've EVER had. Melissa and her crew were very professional, answered my questions and even went out of her way to explain the importance of waxing my car. I was very impressed that I witnessed her working as hard as her employees. I'll make it a point to go in monthly for my car detailing needs.
Just went down today, 07/17/20, and was ignored while the person who takes payment was talking to the driver in of me. When she finally came over, she was rude and abrupt, evidently so she could continue her conversation with the driver in front of me. This went on for about another 10 minutes. Wash station people at the front were rude, but the inside and final dry guys were on the ball. I would highly recommend Aqua Touch. They consistently clean my car to a higher standard than any other place in town. They have a friendly and honest staff. The one time there was an incident the staff member was straight forward and honest with me and the owner promptly work with me to resolve this. she went above and beyond to make things right. My hats off to you and your crew.

I'm the past I've been very happy with AquaTouch. However, today was not a good experience. Most workers were friendly, working very hard and doing a good job; however, today I had an issue with a nice greasy handprint on a window. Not that big of a deal and easily fixed. However, when I mentioned the windows (handprint and dirty areas where the cleaning rags were wiped across the glass), and area where carpet was still dirty, a blonde girl with braces was extremely short with me and called me "rude". they do a poor job of detailing the car and they are very rude and don't care anything about the customers
Everyone was really friendly and worked really hard on my vehicle today! Will definitely go back!
