We've been going to Aqua-Tots for about 2 months and I an amazed at my son's progress. He's gone from being clingy and unsure of himself to submerging without fear, jumping to me and submerging, and floating on his back in the bath tub. The teaching method they use is WORKING and we love it!!!
Staff is very professional and I love keeping up with class schedules/payments with their online system. I get emails and text reminders and no other swim center has this level of communication or the class time options. Best swim center in Chattanooga!
I tried to book swim lessons through Aqua Tots and was very disappointed in the experience. It took me days to reach them on the phone (despite calling when they were open). They said they could offer private lessons to my son on the dates I requested via e-mail, then they charged me, but then called back hours later to say they actually couldn't do it! Very unorganized. Disappointed!
Today was the 2nd time in 6 weeks we had a teacher, "no show", the 1st occurrence I got a phone call, an hour before, saying the class was canceled (a free makeup lesson offered). Today we show up and the class is combined level 1 & 2. The teacher has 8 students, compared to the usual 4. We pay a lot of $ for these 30 minute lessons., and the management can't keep a regular teacher in the slotted time frame. My 6-year-old (who has autism) and my 4-year-old have learned to swim so quickly, and they absolutely love their lessons. They went from having no swimming experience without floaties/life jackets to really swimming in 6 weeks of lessons twice a week! Any issues that I have ever had were addressed as soon as I brought them to the owners' attention.
We had my son's 6th Birthday Party at Aquatots and it was awesome. The staff was very engaged with both me and the kids attending the party, and they all had a blast! The cake and present portion was fun as well, and the staff helped rig a pinata, which the kids enjoyed tremendously. Thank you so much for making my son's birthday so special!
We absolutely love Aqua tots!!! The staff is all completely amazing!!!
