Personable, friendly and professional. I've received services from Jim and his company for over 10 years. We put a geo system into our new home on the lake and Jim came out personally to help the contractor when the plumber had problems installing the system. Since then, I've always contacted Jim about any of my water problems. His delivery service is punctual and if problems occur, a call to Jim is always solved by him coming to my home to help or giving me information as to how to get the problem solved. We got a new softener and a RO system no problem for a few days and no ice on Saturday night. Called left message figuring I'd hear by Mon. To my surprise the owner called me back in about 3 minutes and fixed my problem(which was just a valve was left closed.) Would recommend them to anyone.
