Im going to start this off on a positive note this place has great friendly knowledgeable staff. 8 years ago I bought a house with one of their systems that was installed right before I bought it the softer failed and filled all the plumbing with resin beads and getting them to pay for aerators, shower heads, toilet valves and flushing the plumbing was impossible.
