Terrible customer service, terrible manager. Their website shows one price but when you get there to pick up the water, they charge you another price and then they don’t even give you an itemized bill. They just give you a little credit card ticket not explaining any of the cost that they put on your credit card. Terry is a very helpful and reliable man. We were very pleased to have him deliver our many bottles of water, and enjoyed meeting him!
Paid for a 1 year rental of the water filter but they never came out and serviced the unit as promised. Tried to bill me for a second year's subscription and will not return my voicemails. Would not recommend using this company.
