I was delivered a broken 5 gallon spring water container (see photo). I’m afraid it’s right on the edge so it’s possible there is glass in our water and I don’t want to risk giving that to our children. Since we cannot drink it and I don’t want to put this in my car to swap it out in store I requested a delivery to switch it. I spoke with the assistant manager, Eric. Zach Miller did a great job installing our new Aqua Systems water softener and filter. He was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain how everything worked. Aqua Systems appears to have a well designed and long-lasting product and stands by their equipment with a much longer labor-and-parts warranty than most other brands.
