I had an awful explosion of deep burgundy deer repellent that covered (my kitchen including the ceiling) and also a large amount on my beige carpet. After a very friendly phone call, they came right away and did a super job - no more burgundy yuk! Thanks to the two very polite workers who hurried to my aid. Will definitely use them again.
The aquasteam team is amazing. Thorough, on time, my carpets and couches look amazing! I had them clean my grout in my bathroom and it looks so good, very happy I did it.
The technician attended to give us a quote and he was friendly and thorough. They arrived on time for the cleaning and did an exceptional job! It had been years since the carpets had been cleaned and every stain and the high traffic grime came out! When they left, the carpets looked brand new. The quote was accurate as well, no extra charges or surprises. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
