Sales staff were great. We bought our hot tub in August 2018. But, delivery and customer service is dismal. Our spa was delivered without pillows, a broken lighting system, no Bluetooth, and no extra filters that are supposed to be included per the contract. It's November and none of this is resolved. The company does NOT call back or respond to email. And, they do not show up as scheduled. Our new hot tub is not as promised and nobody at AQUA SPAS Inc seems to care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Pretty poorly. First of all we had to wait two and a half weeks before it could be installed. Now it is installed and won't heat. We were told it would be ready in 8 hours to sit in. The water temp is 60 degrees and it was installed 8 hours ago. Pretty disappointing. Especially when we had to wait so long to get it. We got this to reduce my stress. It has done nothing but stressed me out so far.

I purchased a hot tub from them at a tent sale that they were having at the Loveland Outlet mall, my wife was a little concerned because we were buying out of a tent. The salesperson assured me that they would be there for any help that we needed at any time. We have since called their store twice with questions about our spa and true to their word they helped us immediately in a prompt and courteous matter. We would recommend Aqua Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub, they have the help you need even after you buy. Shane

Purchased a spa from them 3.5 months ago and already they are advising me that both filters in our tub require replacement. One filter should last a year and the other 6 months. We don't use the tub more than once a week. Now they are trying to get me to purchase new filters almost $100 and they offered me 25% off. Our tub has been loosing heat twice now and I also now of a couple who purchased from them same day and her valves inside the control panel were corroded and Aqua Spas had to replace their entire control board... read more

I bought a spa during a big sale that they had, the two sales people were very courteous and informed, they listened to what we wanted and recommended the spa that they felt would be best for us, I went to a spa place first down the road and it seemed they just were trying to sell me the most expensive product. I will recommend them to my friends.
