We had a great experience at the Greeley aqua spa and Martin P was absolutely amazing
Great place to buy a hot tub AND supplies!!Martin P is a great help.
Bought a spa. Short story. Go into this store to purchase chemicals , filters of which they never have in stock. You pre order the back ordered filters to be told they don't have transactions of my account showing said $80 filter that I have never received and was pre purchased a month ago so when they came in I would have one. Very shady I would stay away from purchasing from this store or any in the state!
Martin P was very kind and helpful. It was busy in the store and he spent time helping everyone
We bought an aqua spa hot tub a little over a year ago, top of the line, and all of the warranties. Because we live out of the front range, when some of the plastic caps broke on air diverts we requested replaces….. four weeks consecutively and we still have not had the service or replacement parts ordered. Very disappointed in the customer service and would not reccomend in the future.
