I could not be more displeased with this company! Chlorinator turned off suddenly after big storm. I immediately called them to advise the issue, to which the person answering advised a chlorinator issue was most likely the pump/filter and salt cell probably needed to be cleaned, but of course they could not get out there until the following Wednesday.
