There certainly have been changes but Sam, the newer in-store guy is super nice and very knowledgeable. Admittedly when Sam is not there, its not so great but I think Sam makes up for the deficiencies.
David has been very helpful. He is professional and courteous.
Nothing in stock. Steve isn't working anymore. Guys don't even tuck there shirts in. Not sure what happened.
