Unfriendly Not very friendly receptionists. Cool waiting area and a lot of open space. Would not recommend unless you know someone that already works there. Not a lot of smiles up front.
Wonderful Place Very friendly staff and I was treated like a queen through all my services! Best thing was how warm and friendly everyone was if they saw me waiting for my next service they would stop and make sure i didn't need anything. Massage and facial was the best!
GREAT!! I was looking for a nice relaxing place to go and went to Aqua Salon & Spa on Walton Way Ext and it was a great experience! The little girl that did my hair was wonderful and so professional! Everyone in there was so friendly and welcoming! I saw other people that were leaving after recieving other services that were also very satisfied and relaxed. It is a great place and i would recomend this spa to anyone!
Don't go here The nail techs were nice, but the same cannot be said for the receptionist. The music was horrid (same horrible oldies over and over repeated), and we ended up getting a bad manicure. They said the polish was dry, but the polish was still wet and got screwed up the moment we left. In addition, the polish was applied unevenly. We asked for a refund for that service (while still offering to pay for the rest), and the receptionist refused and would only offer a redo of the paint job. Don't do it I was new to town and thought I would try this place, the waiting room and environment is very pretty and well decorated. However the person that did my hair did a horrible job, not to mention they were EXTREMELY overpriced on all of their services...my advice is don't go there unless you enjoy throwing away your money.
