What a special find!!! I purchased a voucher from Groupon or Living Social and that was the first time that I even knew that salon was there!!! What a surprise! Anyway, I loved it there and I loved my hair. What is especially nice is that you get one-on-one attention so the process goes much quicker than a salon where your stylist is handling more people. I have been back again, and will go there from now on. Mitra is a pleasure to be around and talk to. I just purchased the facial coupon as well and will be going back soon!

WOW this place did a great job with my hair again .I have never had a bad experience here .wonderful color and knows my hair well. I being the top stylist in cut and color . she always treat me like Im the only one in the salon. and i taker excellent care of me and my hair.I always get compliments when she dose my hair. have never left aqua feeling less than a million dollars . I found a aqua salon exceeded my expectations and i would recommend to anyone. well definitely continue to use aqua salon
Very poor customer service. I purchased a Groupon, and was unsuccessful in my attempts to contact Aqua to make an appointment. It kept going to voicemail with no option to leave a message; the mailbox was full. I reached out to the salon through messenger, and received a response asking for my phone number so that I would be called back the next day. That never happened. Mitra was amazing!! She asked me multiple times to make sure she got exactly what I wanted. It was extremely relaxing in the shop and I LOVE my hair. Funny enough, we suggested the same color highlight at the same time.
Best salon experience I've ever had! And I've been a lot of expensive salons. This salon is truly a hidden gem in Towson. The salon is super cute, intimate and relaxing. The owner Mitra is such a sweet heart and you can tell she really loves what she does. She does amazing work! I love my balayage and hair cut I got done for an amazing price. I will definitely be back.
Mitra does an amazing job .I absolutely love her ,she's experience.I am happy with the service .I will be going back soon and a few of my friend want to go to her
I been here she chopped my hair up so bad I would not recommend this to anyone
