I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. My family and I (5 people total) ate at Aqua during our vacation this past week. We arrived at the restaurant about 20 mins before they technically opened (the door was open because there is a spa upstairs). We were in a time crunch, so we were going to leave, but an employee told us to wait while she talked to the kitchen staff to see if they could go ahead and open the kitchen early.
