I have not received my rental payments for several month and can’t get in touch with anyone at this company. The only person that returns my messages is the maintenance person.
This company is a sham. They were very slow to respond or pay proceeds. Now they won't pay at all and stopped responding. We are trying to sue them to get our money back!
As a property owner, my experience with this company as a property manager has been horrible. Excessive staff turnover. Changes to staff is not communicated. Very slow to forward rental income to property owner. Does not address or reply to concerns by property owner. The only positive is their maintenance person. He's top notch! The rest of the team is not worthy of your business. Take your property to another property management company.
