The have such good service, and they are willing to warranty their work! They installed a new faucet for me, and after a couple of weeks or so the actual faucet began to discolor. I called them and they came to look at it. They explained to me that it was the material, but they ordered a replacement for me anyways and did not charge me a penny. I am so thankful do have dealt with such a great company.
I had another plumber over and he noticed a leak under the house. My insurance sent over Aqua Pro to take care of it. They did a good job and checked the meter after the repair to make sure things were resolved. The people from this company were pleasant people.
They had to replace all the gas lines in the home, due to a major gas leak. They were able to fix the problem. We hired them through our utility company. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything. They didnt leave a mess anywhere.
I would NEVER use this company again. The price was outrageous for replacement of a garbage disposal.
Very unhappy with this company. Charged me 175.00 to fix my water heater and when water heater was not fixed correct tried to charge me another 175.00 to try to see if it was another problem. Then when I got mad aqua pro said they would not charge me. Didnt trust them at that point. Never wrote a review before but they took 175.00 and did not provide the service. In these times 175.00 is alot of money for no hot shower
the guys at Aqua Pro were very professional. They came right on time and fixed a very difficult water heater problem for me. We have had several different plumbing companies out to fix our gas power vent water heater, and none of them could fix it. Aqua Pro came out on a weekend, worked on it until it we had hot water. Pat put a new bathtub faucet on for me. His price was great and he didnt leave any mess.I will always call Aqua Pro for my plumbing needs.
