Terrible unresponsive company. Lied to me and many other people as can see with reading other reviews about death in family and take my money at beginning of summer and never follow up back. Called once when I wasn’t available and now it’s been over a month. You do a spring turn on to determine what needs to be adjusted. Instead they ignore my calls and disappear. Will look for a company who wants and values your Buisness. Will be sure to tell my neighbors who I am friendly with.

Left me high and dry when my sprinkler head broke never showed up never returned phone calls never follow up my request for winter service

After being unable to perform a service in the timeframe that was required, can be understood, but not returning multiple phone calls to reschedule and then later on repair a sprinkler head is inexcusable. To be clear, you did not in anyway return my phone calls after you are able to perform the service. I called multiple times. We even called this morning and left a specific message so far no return phone calls.
