I called this company because I needed to ask if they do services on above ground pools which they don’t but whoever I talked to took about 15 minutes to listen to my problem and give me extremely helpful advice when he didn’t have to, he was working and was able to ask me questions and provide me with the help I desperately needed with my green pool. The last pool cleaning co I had I was constantly telling the owner he needed to come out and do some quality control to check on his guy to make sure he was doing his job. The walls never seemed to be cleaned. The water wasn't very clear. Since I changed to Aqua Pools, Ray the owner is always there along with his son to do the service. The walls are swept and the water is crystal clear and has a pop! to it, you can really see a difference. I'm so happy with Aqua Pools and recommend them 100%.
