I honestly couldn’t imagine anything going as bad as it did. Poor communication, poor project management, no accountability. A month after the job and things are already breaking. He overcharged us on multiple items, and didn’t provide sound advice on any aspect of the job, instead opting for what was in his best short term interest. Worst of all, he wasn’t honest. Stay away from Roosevelt.
