Bubba, was excellent as always, regarding the maintenance of our whole house water softener system! Bubba, was the one who also installed it about 3 years ago, and did a extremely professional install! We are more then happy with both Aqua Plumbing & Air. I called and was delighted to hear a welcoming voice....finally. There are so many companies that answer the phone like you are just 'another call.' Aqua Plumbing and Air immediately responded to my need. We had a flood and I was panicking. The operator was calming and lovely. They sent a plumber ASAP and was able to help us salvage what was almost a mess. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They even called the next day to make sure everything was still ok. I've never had any company do that. They are awesome!!!!!

They were fast, attentive and explained everything so clearly. My husband and I was extremely grateful for their help.
