It started when Scott Rolenc, then diesel mechanic, became frustrated not finding a spa dealer he felt comfortable buying from in the area. So in 1995 he began selling hot tubs out of a small shop in Red Oak, Iowa. The business, Deep Woods Spas, grew quickly and by 1998 Scott opened a second location in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Very dissatisfied with this company we have a slide we paid $2500 due to safety reasons for our grandchildren the we received is to small we do not want to put the slide up they will not take the slide back we were told the owner would call us and he had not. The salesman yelled at me on the phone which was very rude. Please think twice before buying from this company.
Very helpful and friendly staff! They always answer my questions and help me find the products I need to solve my issues. We love our spa and are so glad we bought it from them! My husband and I are looking at getting a pool soon and we will be stopping by and getting one from them! Can't wait till summer comes again!

Worst Customer service I have ever received – Last year I purchased a cover for my above ground pool on the internet for $29.99 with free shipping. Needless to say it did not survive last years winter, so I decided maybe this is one of those things I should spend a little more for and purchase locally. I went to Aqua Palace and told them the story and they said sure their cover would definately be better. I purchased a cover from them for $65.98 and a air pillow for $10.99.
