Aqua Palace Spas & Pools is a family-owned business that's all about the fun, relaxation and therapy from being in water and in saunas. It started when Scott Rolenc, then diesel mechanic, became frustrated not finding a spa dealer he felt comfortable buying from in the area. So in 1995 he began selling hot tubs out of a small shop in Red Oak, Iowa. The business, Deep Woods Spas, grew quickly and by 1998 Scott opened a second location in Council Bluffs, Iowa. So far we've had a great experience with Aquapalace! They were friendly and knowledgeable about helping us make our selection. We've enjoyed spending family time together and also relaxing in our hot tub. Wish we would've done this year's ago! 😊
Scott R lied about being the only APSP certified pool builder in the Omaha area. He put this on his website homepage; but, the truth is there are many APSP certified pool builders in the Omaha area. Scott is not a member of the BBB and has several complaints listed for product/service. Call the BBB and hire an A+ rated, accredited BBB member instead. "Omaha Pool Builder"-NO.
I needed help with my hot tub (which I regretfully didn't purchase from Aqua Palace - shame on me!) They were so kind to help me out, even when I didn't purchase my hot tub from them. I looked at their Marquis Spas and I know they are a fantastic manufacture, but I went cheap and bought a lower quality (and price) spa and I regret it every day. So thankful for their kindness though - I will be a customer for life & I WILL purchase my next spa from them, no questions!
Recently had a pool installed and they did a fantastic job!! We went all over Omaha to find the perfect pool store and they were right here in Council Bluffs! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Company has always taken care of my hot tub very well. I'm a business man myself and understand that you get what you pay for. Love supporting local, family owned businesses.

I purchased a used spa from Aqua Palace several months ago and I loved it! The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was I wished I had gotten a bigger tub. After talking with the owner (Scott I believe was his name), I decided to purchase a new spa from them. He took the entire amount I had paid on the used spa and discounted that from the new spa. I now have a Marquis spa and simply love it! Aqua Palace's staff was very professional and friendly and would recommend all my family and friends to check them out!
