Kelly has been my technician for at least 10 years! She is the absolute best. I don’t have to tell her anything, she just does an amazing job.
They wanted to charge me $10 to use my own nail polish that I brought in. Got a basic pedi, and he didn’t even remove all the old polish, clean the gunk or shape my nails properly. I wasn’t going to pay extra to use my own polish, so he ended the pedicure. And still charged me full price without finishing the job!!
Left the salon with ruined nails, was charged full price, took 3 hours.. they couldn’t care less.
Ty and Tony are the best! Tony has awesome polishing skills and a great personality. Ty is also very nice. Tony saved the day for my pedicure polish. Tony thanks for the recovery of a pedicure gone bad.
