I had a natural gas insert installed by the Fireside Shoppe today, and it turned out beautifully. Jordan and Randy were the installers and they were two of the most professional young men I've seen in a long time. They went about their business and were curtious. Plus they cleaned up as they went along...yeah! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done by them.
I am very pleased with this company’s professionalism and the job completed. It started with the straightforward and honest quote from Tony to the job well done with Jordan and Randy. Each one of these gentlemen were personable and willing to address any of my questions. They also did a nice job cleaning up after the work was completed.

First time coming here! I needed a knob for blower motor on 30 years old fireplace. The manufacturer is out of business and they were able to help me get a knob for it. Also sold me cleaner for the brick in fireplace . Although it isnt pristine my fireplace is 30 years old. But made a difference. I will definitely be back .
We had The Fireside Shoppe out today to service our fireplace that we couldn’t get started. Randy was awesome! He cleaned out the fireplace, cleaned the glass, explained how everything worked, and we now have a fully working fireplace again! We will definitely be recommending you all and will be using you again for yearly maintenance and cleaning! Thank you!
