I went in for a simple removal of age spots from my chest and face. The numbing cream they used was ineffective, and the process was painful. I left with horrible burns on my chest. I couldn't bear to have any fabric touch my chest for weeks afterwards. I complained and was met with indifference. My chest still shows distress five months later. Wouldn't know the service as I never got past an incredibly rude woman named Rachael who was horrible. Her customer service skills are far from acceptable. They should be ashamed of having someone in the service industry treat people this way. Do better!!!
