I contacted Aqua Mechanic for an issue with a recently installed pool motor pump. They scheduled an appt asap with an amazing technician, Yosmany, he was quite thorough and made sure we understood the process. I called again for assessment on issue with the blower and although it wasn't a warranty issue they provided some guidance to resolve the problem. I was referred to Aqua Mechanics for an issue with the screen on my pool heater. Their customer service from the first call has been outstanding. A very simple process to schedule, they helped me figure out if I still had warranty and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process! The technician was great! He explained everything to me and made it very simple to understand. He also found a leak I had and we are now working on fixing that. Couldn’t be happier!
