We purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living and were pleased with the sales process. We waited 6 weeks for the hot tub to be constructed and delivered. The delivery process was pretty seamless. Where we have an issue is with the design of the speaker system in the model we purchased. The speakers have a sign beside them that says "do not submerge", but when anyone gets in the hot tub (which is filled according to the specifications of the manual) the water line rises and covers the speaker!
