I was so excited about my new Hot Tub which I knew nothing about. I was told because I ask that when it was delivered, I would be given a tutorial, which I wasn’t. Also, my tub was delivered on Friday, August 22 and after being wired, it did not work. I touch base with customer service Which only responds with no reply emails and they request pictures as proof as to what you have done.. We purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living and were pleased with the sales process. We waited 6 weeks for the hot tub to be constructed and delivered. The delivery process was pretty seamless. Where we have an issue is with the design of the speaker system in the model we purchased. The speakers have a sign beside them that says "do not submerge", but when anyone gets in the hot tub (which is filled according to the specifications of the manual) the water line rises and covers the speaker!
