We thought we had a service call issue but Nate first helped trouble shoot to resolve the issue. His suggestion, whichnwe wete able to do, corrected the issue and prevented a pricey service call, due to our location. Amazing support and service!

We had a Superb experience working with Nathan at Aqua Living! Because of the location and size of our outdoor deck, we were limited to finding a spa model that had the correct configuration. Nathan worked with us to find the correct Dr. Wellness spa model. The whole process was very painLess, all the way to the delivery and installation.
