Buying process was quick and easy. Hot tubs are cheaper but since we ordered a hot tub that was already manufactured and were promised it could be delivered the following week we can't get any information or anyone to call us back and we have no hot tub yet! Very disappointed in communication and customer service. Will review the actual hot tub when and if we ever get it.
Mitch was so nice and super helpful. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. Very excited for my new spa.
Bought a hot tub from them back in 2023. I had a review up that wasn't that great but now I wish I could give 0 stars. Hot tub was bought in April of 23. Now I have a leak in it somewhere. It says 5 year warranty and they just declined it saying the "labor warranty" was only for 6 months. So now I'm stuck with a not even 3 year old PP31 tub that is leaking. Do not trust this company!
