Great overall experience with purchasing our Catalina Spa/Hot Tub from Aqua Living! Jordan and his team have taken care of us from the initial purchase, to installation, and servicing what they sell! We bought our hot tub 3 years ago (2023) and we have been very pleased with everything about our purchase. You cannot beat their prices for the same size and quality hot tub anywhere else in town. Buying process was quick and easy. Hot tubs are cheaper but since we ordered a hot tub that was already manufactured and were promised it could be delivered the following week we can't get any information or anyone to call us back and we have no hot tub yet! Very disappointed in communication and customer service. Will review the actual hot tub when and if we ever get it.
Mitch was so nice and super helpful. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. Very excited for my new spa.
