Mitch was so nice and super helpful. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. Very excited for my new spa.
Bought a hot tub from them back in 2023. I had a review up that wasn't that great but now I wish I could give 0 stars. Hot tub was bought in April of 23. Now I have a leak in it somewhere. It says 5 year warranty and they just declined it saying the "labor warranty" was only for 6 months. So now I'm stuck with a not even 3 year old PP31 tub that is leaking. Do not trust this company!
I went in the store today and he his a great sales man I will be buying a spa from him.
Mitch has the best customer service.
