Very nice folks, but terrible product and worse customer service. My spa started leaking soon after setup. Warranty repair by third party took months and caused additional problems and cost me $$. Attempted to use a dye that would have permanently stained my new composite deck. Look elsewhere.
Thank you Scott Baylis for your professionalism and making it easy and seamless. I am very happy with the spa. My wife and I will enjoy this! Todd delivered my spa will care and he was on time.
Terrible customer service! Poor experience and still do not have the swim spa. Sales person left, manager doesn't call back. Waiting on delivery in a few weeks. Could write a time line of screen shots, emails, phone calls and just general lack of communication, quoting errors and only because I've already paid for the unit am I stuck with working with them. Would not recommend.
Scott is a real pro I told him what I wanted and he showed me then he showed me the entry level and then the most expensive witch was great because it reaffirmed what I wanted the customer service after the sale is just marvelous I would definitely buy from Aqua living in Lima again and I live in Michigan 100 miles away thanks again Scott
