I bought a Catalina C-831 swim spa from Scott Bayliff and Brandon Stevenson. Scott was my first contact and has been my latest contact. Brandon helped with the sale while Scott was unavailable. Scott has been great with all of my questions, and he gets things done! I would highly recommend to get in touch with Scott at the Lima office of Aqua Living! I can write a book on the magic of water and its healing powers! Everyone should have a swim spa!!!!!!!!
Scott couldn't have been any nicer. Very knowledgeable on the different brands of hot tubs and not at all high pressure. If you're in the market, highly recommend Aqua Living and Scott.
Took a little longer to receive my spa but it was well worth it. Thanks to Scott Bayliff in Lima Ohio along with Todd the delivery guy. Definitely recommend. The wife and I really enjoy it.
My husband Zac and I bought a hot tub from Scott Bayliff. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our crazy work schedules. He worked with us solely over the phone and through email. It was easy to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. We had our hot tub delivered by their 3rd party delivery service and it was the smoothest delivery we have ever had.
