The spa (pp31) is build with low end parts. I would not recommend buying a spa from them. The parts start rusting immediately. They asked me to send them a report on the water, and I told them I have someone sending out every week since new. I am putting in another warranty claim (I purchased for an extra $999) more the unit won’t turn in without tripping the GFI, plus there are ball bearings coming out of it. . I’ll let you know is they stand behind what they sell.
We had been searching for a new spa when I discovered Aqua Living Spas. How great to have a tub manufactured to order in the USA.We went to the Ontario sales office. There we meet Jesse. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. We looked at many different spas in the showroom. He explained all different features of the spas we were looking at. Jessie was amazing with no pressure sales at Aqua Living!! We did a LOT of shopping and investigating and found the personal 2-3 person hottub of our dreams! The Catalina Kennedy has the strongest and most jets out there, with Bluetooth speakers and lights!
Really friendly staff. Great spa selection.
Jesse is so helpful. Took his time, never pushy, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great spa. Just get directions, place is a little hard to find.
